Constructive Partnerships Unlimited (formerly Cerebral Palsy Associations of New York State) specializes in a wide range of individualized programs and support for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

We provide Residential, Health Care, Day Habilitation and other services in the five Boroughs of New York City and Hudson Valley region to persons with intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities. We also recognize that support and consideration of families is an essential component of our mission.

We see unlimited potential in every person and creatively navigate pathways to success. We believe that nothing should limit a person's potential to become their best selves.

GRANT RECEIVED FROM DASNY TO FUND EXPANSION OF TELEMEDICINE TO NYC RESIDENCES

A grant from the Dormitory Authority of the State of NY will fund the expansion of telemedicine to all residences in NYC. Telemedicine will be implemented in 103 locations across the five boroughs.

CP UNLIMITED HAS MADE THE HONOR ROLL REGARDING PALLIATIVE CARE TRAINING SUCCESS AT CAPC

This is a a national competition established to catalyze the spread skills, ideas, and solutions that will improve health care delivery and the lives of all people living with a serious illness.

AI IMPROVES PRODUCTS FOR THOSE WITH IMPAIRED SPEECH

Our collaboration with Google Research through participation in 'Project Euphonia' will make speech recognition technology more accessible for people with impaired speech. Project Euphonia has a special interest in helping CP Unlimited and our Article 16 Clinic to support our special population of persons with speech impairments.

STATEN ISLAND GARDEN PROGRAM

Located on the grounds of the Staten Island Center, our greenhouse work-staff is comprised of individuals with differening disabilities. These individuals assist with preparing soil trays, planting seeds, and ensuring that the plants stay watered. We grow and distribute locally grown organic micro-greens, including: sunflower sprouts, wheatgrass, and pea shoot sprouts. This is an excellent opportunity to learn useful life skills.

The Progressive Visions Photo Club is a group of photographers who enjoy going out into their communities to take pictures. It was established in the spring of 1997. Check us out on Facebook.

The West Farms Photo Works program builds on the foundation of the Progressive Visions Photo Club by offering persons a more intensive learning and training environment with a possibility of earning gainful employment from their photography.
