Episode 2: Maintaining Mobility and Movement [aired: November 2023]
This second episode explores the topics of Mobility and Movement, as it connects to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities- specifically, how do you get people who in many ways have limited movement, to perform everyday tasks? What are innovative approaches to empowering and strengthening both the body and spirit? What we hope is that by the end of this episode, you will come away more confident to grow both perspectives and muscles.
