Group Supplemental Day Habilitation with Walls

Our supplemental Day Habilitation program provides recreational and social opportunities for people diagnosed with developmental disabilities after 3 PM ( Monday to Friday). Agency transportation is provided to all individuals who attend this program.

Constructive Partnerships Unlimited offers variety of community based vocational programs aiming to support people at obtaining and maintaining employment in an integrated setting. We serve individuals from all 5 boroughs of NYC. Through our vocational programs we provide paid and voluntary employment opportunities to individuals in fully integrated community based settings. Our vocational programs focus on Job counseling, Job search, Placement support, Job coaching and assistance with job retention. Group Day Habilitation without Walls and Community Prevocational services

Day Habilitation without Walls and Community Prevocational services are fully community based person centered programs utilizing multiple volunteer sites in NYC area to provide our people with meaningful and productive activities. The voluntary sites are located all over NYC and the sites are allocated based on each person’s vocational interest. Individuals best suited for this program are capable of using Access A Ride or public transportation to commute to the volunteer site. Limited agency transportation is available for this program.

Pathway to Employment

Pathway to Employment is a person centered career/vocational employment planning and support service which typically lasts for a year.  The program assesses whether individuals are ready for paid employment through a series of interviews, observations and internship opportunities. A career plan is prepared and a job discovery report is generated at the end of this service. 
Employment Training Program (ETP)
Employment Training Program (ETP) offers the individual the opportunity to participate in a paid internship. The individual will be hired as an intern at a business in the community and the wages will be paid by the ETP program during the internship. Intensive job coaching is provided to equip the individual with the necessary skills needed to retain employment.
Supported Employment (SEMP)

Supported Employment (SEMP) provides ongoing support for individuals to obtain and maintain competitive employment. Job coaches assist the individual with job search, interviews, and 1:1 job coaching. SEMP services are supported by ACCES-VR funding or by NYS OPWDD.
ACCES-VR services

ACCES-VR (Under NYS DOE) programs assists individuals with disabilities to achieve and maintain employment and to support independent living through training, education, rehabilitation, and career development. CP Unlimited provides A-VR services as part of its Core Rehabilitation Services -2 contract. Our highly trained and dedicated staff provide our individuals on a variety of vocational goals including Job counseling, Job Search, Job placement, Job coaching, Job retention and stabilization.
