CP Unlimited operates six Article 16 clinics throughout New York City and in the Hudson Valley area. We are licensed under OPWDD, with a goal of improving the quality of life for persons through rehabilitative services such as Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Psychotherapy and Testing services. The Article 16 clinics work directly with the medical director who also serves as the Physiatrist for all rehab services.

CP Unlimited counted 932 Admissions, with 14,606 Article 16 visits specifically, in 2023. Owing to efforts at expanding capacity within the clinics, especially amongst our psychotherapists, the Agency was able to count a 30 percent increase in visits from 2022.
